• Nov. 6 & 7: RAW WINE Fair NYC

    After organizing RAW WINE Fairs in London and Berlin, Isabelle Legeron MW is bringing her group of natural wine artisans to American tasters! Located in New York and lasting two days in early November, both professionals and wine-lovers are invited to discover small wineries from all over the world, including two of our domaines: Mathieu Deiss’ Vignoble du Rêveur and Jacques Perritaz’s Cidrerie du Vulcain.

    To clarify the sometimes nebulous title of natural wines, their Charter of Quality dictates that these domaines must farm organically (if not biodynamically) and harvest by hand, and the only additive allowed in the cellar is SO2 (70 mg/L maximum). Final sulfite levels will be included for each wine, and for vegetarians and vegans fining and filtration information is posted in the catalogue and online.
