- Varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté
- Vinification: Pressed pneumatically with whole clusters, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no fining, no filtration. The liqueur de tirage and liqueur d'expédition are homemade and made with base wine and cane sugar. Riddled by hand. Disgorged at least 60 days before release.
