    • Vine Age: Average of 50 years
    • Terroir: From La Macabrée and Les Hautés (both border Meursualt’s northernmost vineyards).
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. Pressed with whole clusters, cold settled. Minimal SO2 addition to the musts. Ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels, rarely stirred. Racked and aged another 6 months in stainless steel tank. Light bentonite fining and filtration.
