    • Terroir: Le Rognet et Corton: 320m elevation, limestone soil with Callovian marls. Le Charlemagne: clay-limestone soil with Pernand white marl.
    • Viticulture: Le Rognet et Corton: organic, Le Charlemagne: sustainable
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. Pressed with whole clusters, cold settled. Minimal SO2 addition to the musts. Ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12-18 months in barrels (0-15% new), rarely stirred. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.
