    • Terroir: Near the village of Aloxe-Corton but higher on hill, 280-320m altitude, southeast-facing, brown limestone soil with Ladoix limestone rocks.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. 100% de-stemmed. Minimal SO2 addition to the must. 12-25 day ambient yeast fermentation. Aged for 12-24 months in barrels (15-30% new). Blended and aged further in stainless steel tank. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.
