    • Variety: Pinot Noir
    • Vine Age: Planted in the 1970s
    • Terroir: From the lieu dit Les Chaillots at the base of the hill of Corton, 300m altitude, facing south/southeast, limestone scree and silt soil with many of siliceous stones.
    • Viticulture: Biodynamic methods (uncertified)
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. 100% de-stemmed. Minimal SO2 addition to the must. 12-25 day ambient yeast fermentation in open vats. Aged for 15 months in barrels (10% new) without racking. Blended and aged further in stainless steel tank. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.
