    • Variety: Pinot Noir
    • Vine Age: Planted in the 1940s
    • Terroir: Northern Santenay, 250-300m elevation, east/southeast exposition, brown gravel-limestone soil laden with stones from altered Chassagne limestone.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. 100% de-stemmed. Minimal SO2 addition to the must. 12-25 day ambient yeast fermentation in open vats. Aged for 12-24 months in barrels(15-30% new). Blended and aged further in stainless steel tank. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.
