    • Variety: Pinot Noir
    • Vine Age: 40 years old on average
    • Terroir: From 2 south-facing parcels: Les Bras (360-450m altitude, south and southeast-facing, ostrea acuminata marls) and another vineyard from the lower part (250-260m altitude, east-facing, de-carbonated silt soil).
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. 100% de-stemmed, 4-5 day cold maceration in wooden tanks. Minimal SO2 addition to the must. Ambient yeast fermentation with gentle punch-downs. Aged for 18 months in barrels (10% new). Racked and blended in stainless steel tank. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.
