    • Terroir: Above Montmains, southeastern exposure, stony soils with multi-colored clay.
    • Viticulture: Biodynamic. Plantation density of 6,000 vines/ha.
    • Vinification: Pneumatically pressed with whole clusters. Ambient yeast fermentation in temperature-controlled tank and used oak barrels. Aged an additional 10 months on the lees after malolactic fermentation is complete. Blended and aged another few months in tank before bottled. Fining depending on the year, light filtration.
