• Vine Age: 1/3 planted before 1950, 2/3 planted from the 1950s to 1980s
• Terroir: Very shallow soils (red in color, full of small stones and some sand) covering a hard limestone substrate.
• Viticulture: Purchased Grapes (same contract since the 2000s)
• Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, natural cold (15°C) maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged in barrel (20-30% new).
