    Additional Info

This cuvée is an homage to Maria Juby, Patrick's great-grandmother who founded the family domaine. It is only produced during exceptional years, and only with the best noble rot bunches from the first round of harvest. Residual sugar is approximately 180 g/L depending on the year.

Production is extremely limited: about 330 bottles are produced.
