    Hillside vineyard, the first planted by Stéphane Sérol himself on granitic soils. Depending on the year, this cuvée may be sourced from different parts of the vineyard in order to select the best and most consistently terroir-representative grapes in hotter or cooler years.

    High plantation density of 8,500 vines per hectare. Trellised vines, single Guyot pruning.
