Mar 9: Dinner with Chisa Bize and Alice Feiring
Dine and taste with Alice Feiring and Chisa Bize at the Vinegar Hill House in Brooklyn (72 Hudson Ave) on March 9, from 7 PM to 10 PM.
The menu will be family style, cooked by Chef Quynh Le and the wines from Domaine Simon Bize.
The very special wines for the evening will be:
- Perrières Blanc 2017 with sulfur
- Perrières Blanc 2017 without sulfur
- Akatcha 2017, a new cuvée of vin de maceration of 100% Pinot Beurot
- Bourgogne Rouge 2016
- Serpentières 2008 and 2017
