- Terroir: Ronchi, Barbaresco, at the base of the slope, clay-sand soil with limestone.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes
- Vinification: Destemmed, 2-3-week ambient yeast fermentation and maceration (sometimes with pied de cuve) in open-top tank, pump-overs and some punch-downs, aged for 17 months in barrels (100% new in 2020, normally less), no fining or filtration, bottled straight from the barrel.
