Brézé: sandy-clay soils over Turonian limestone, south and southwest-facing, 80 m elevation. Montreuil-Bellay: clay-sand soil over Jurassic limestone, west and northwest-facing.
    • Viticulture: Domaine-farmed and purchased grapes, organic (not certified).
    • Vinification: De-stemmed, 4-6-day maceration and ambient yeast fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks, aged for 6 months in stainless steel, tangential flow filtration, 20-30 ppm SO2 added during vinification and adjusted after pressing and before bottling if needed.
