    • Terroir: Volnay: from the lower section of the appellation, flat, deep soil, poor drainage. Pommard: flat slope, deep fertile soil. Meursault: flat slope, poor drainage.
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert), biodynamic practices
    • Vinification: Harvested as late as possible, pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months on the lees in used 600 L barrels and demi-muids, no bâttonage, blended in stainless steel tank, fined, lightly filtered.
