    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 12 months in used barrels, blended in stainless steel tank, fined with casein and bentonite, filtered, SO2 added before fermentation, after malo, and before bottling.

    The Chardonnay muscaté that makes up a small percentage of this wine is a massal selection from Olivier Merlin's Mâcon Les Cras Vielles Vignes.
