- Terroir: Purchased grapes from a grower in Chautagne (molasse soils) and from a grower in Abymes (limestone scree soils).
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, sustainable
- Vinification: Pressed, low-temperature ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 5 months in an enameled steel tank, blended and aged for an additional 6 months in concrete tank, filtered, SO2 added once before bottling (40 ppm total).
