All her life, Becky fought for racial and gender equality. Those who identify as BIPOC are undoubtedly underrepresented in the wine trade, and this is something that the entire team at BW&Co feels passionately about helping to change. We believe that walking the vineyards, seeing the cellars, and meeting the people behind the wines is empowering, and such an invaluable source for inspiration and connection. We created the BW&Co BIPOC symposium as an attempt to create such opportunities for motivated and curious candidates.
