  • Viticulture: Biodynamic (not certified), double-cordon trellising, planted top-to-bottom along the hillside, yields approx. 20 hl/ha.
  • Vinification: De-stemmed without crushing, 4-week ambient yeast fermentation with light pump-overs, aged in stainless steel tanks, vinification and aging without added SO2- minimal additions before bottling (approx. 20 ppm).
