    • Terroir: From a single parcel called "Montbatois" in the Côte de Beaune on clay-limestone soils.

    • Vinification: Méthode traditionelle Champenoise. Pressed pneumatically with whole clusters, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no fining, no filtration. The liqueur de tirage and liqueur d'expédition are homemade and made with base wine and cane sugar. Riddled by hand. Time on lees: about 48 months. Disgorged at least 60 days before release.
