    • Terroir: South-facing, gentle slope, on soil of altered ochre talc schist.
    • Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert, 2005), horse-plowed since 2016.
    • Vinification: Ambient yeast fermentation with no added SO2 in used barrels and demi-muids. Full malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months on the lees in barrels, blended in tank for a few months. Minimal SO2 added before bottling.
