  • Terroir: A blend of parcels from the Domaine's most shallow terroirs of schist.
  • Vinification: Parcels are vinified together. Partially de-stemmed. Ambient yeast fermentation in concrete tanks with just one pump-over. Aged 9 months in concrete tank and foudre. Aged a further 18 months in bottle. 30-50 ppm total SO2 at bottling, (not all added).
