• Viticulture: Purchased grapes, biodynamic (not certified), 1.3 meter spacing, no hedging, braided canopy.
• Vinification: 100% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation, daily wetting of the cap with buckets, 3 light punch-downs, pressed with a vertical press, aged for 12 months in used barrels, no fining or filtration, 20 ppm SO2 added before bottling
