    • Terroir: From the lieu-dit "Les Cornillaux" in the village of Leynes, southwest-facing, gentle slope, on hard limestone and grey Liassic marls.
    • Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic
    • Vinification: Long press cycle, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 11 months in used barrels, blended and aged for an additional 5 months, no fining or filtration, minimal SO2 added at bottling.
