- Terroir: From a clos in "Les Hâtes," surrounded by 1er Crus to the north, south and west, with the village just to the east.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic.
- Vinification: 100% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation, minimal punch-downs (by feet only) and pump-overs (with bucket), aged for 12 months in used barrels, blended and aged for an additional 4 months in stainless steel tank, no fining or filtration, minimal SO2 added before bottling.
