May 23rd: Wine Council 2014 Burgundy Sneak Preview

The Wine Education Council, a nonprofit educational organization, is sponsoring for qualified wine professionals two “Sneak Preview” events in May, one in Los Angeles and one in San Francisco, to get a first glimpse and taste of the eagerly-anticipated 2014 Burgundies. With tastings and discussion conducted by writer and critic Allen Meadows, the two events will include 18 different appellations of red and white Burgundies (including premier and grand cru) from some of the region’s most prominent domaines and winemakers.
