    • Terroir: Clay-loam soils with gravels and cobbles (galets roulés) over Poudingue bedrock (see maine write-up). Faces southwest and west, with a 10-25% slope.
    • Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic practices
    • Winemaking: Pressed with whole clusters. Ambient yeast fermentation with 10ppm added SO2. Aged in used demi-muids and barrels, sandstone eggs, and stainless steel tanks. Because of low pH's, malos are rare. No fining, light filtration.
