    • Terroir: Lieu-dit Caubeigt & Les Terasses. South and southwest-facing steep slopes, 300-350 meters altitude. Silty-clay and and clay-limestone soil over Poudingue bedrock (see main profile).
    • Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic practices
    • Winemaking: Pressed with whole clusters. Ambient yeast fermentation with 10 ppm added SO2. Aged in used demi-muids and barrels, sandstone eggs, and stainless steel tanks. Because of low pH's, malos are rare. No fining, light filtration.
