    • Notes from the Domaine: "2023 was chaotic in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The 1,500 mm of rain and high spring temperatures wiped out 70% of our harvest. Faced with such a small harvest, we decided to produce only one wine, representative of the estate and this very complicated vintage. The grapes from each of our terroirs were vinified separately and blended before bottling."
    • Variety: 50% Petit Manseng, 40% Gros Manseng, 6% Petit Courbu, 4% Camaralet
    • Terroir: From Caubeigt, Tauzy, and Les Terrasses, clay-limestone.
    • Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic (not certified).
    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast, vinified and aged separately in various wooden and sandstone tanks, blended before bottling. (Made only in 2023)
