• Terroir: Top of the hill in the lieu-dit Les Boissières, 500m elevation, southern exposition, Hettangian (early Jurassic) limestone scree, red clay sandstone, and marl soils, red clay at the bottom of the hill.
• Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic (in official conversion)
• Vinification: 100% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank and older Burgundian barrels. Aged 18 months, no fining, no filtration, no added sulfur.
