• Variety: Chardonnay
• Terroir: From a plot called 'Malo' in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, on a hillside at the edge of a forest, east/southeast-facing. Pure iodized chalk with colluvial limestone-chalk formations.
• Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022), biodynamic methods (since 2021).
• Vinification: Ambient yeast fermentation, full malolactic conversion, aged for 24 months in 228 L barrels (new) and for a few additional months in a 600 L demi-muid, transferred by gravity, no fining, no filtration.
