    • Terroir: 40 ares in La Damoda, on the southern end of Comblanchien located above the RN74. 25 ares in Queue de Hareng in Brochon, at the top of the slope on very shallow, limestone-based soils.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 10-12 day pre-fermentation maceration, ambient yeast fermentation with pump-overs and punch-downs at the end, aged for 18-20 months in barrels (approx. 25% new).
