    • Varieties: Complantation of Riesling (65%), Sylvaner (20%), Pinot Blanc (15%).
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert), biodynamic (Demeter). 8,000 vines per ha.
    • Terroir: Multiple parcels from Ribeauvillé (lieu-dits Gruenspiel, Hagueneau, and Weinbaum). Middle Triassic Muschelkalk limestone, mixed with clay and layers of Quaternary sandstone and gravel.
    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters. Ambient yeast fermentation. Aged 12 months on lees.
