    • Variety: Nebbiolo
    • Size: 2.00 ha (4.94 ac)
    • Vine Age: Planted in 2010 and 2017
    • Terroir: From two vineyards in Perno, one from the upper part of the slope and one from the lower part, both bordered by forest (resulting in a cooler climate). North and northwest-facing. Sand, marl, clay and gravel soil.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable. No chemical sprays, grass and weed control by mowing. Organic methods of disease control.
    • Vinification: Destemmed. 2-3 week ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank with 2 pump-overs a day. Aged 6 months in used barrels (20%) and in stainless steel tank (80%) and another 12 months in bottle. Never filtered. Minimal additions of SO2 when needed.
