    • Terroir: From the lieu-dit “Fonteneille” in the center of the Arbois Pupillin AOC, on the plateau above the Côte de Feule, planted north-south, the youngest vines of the estate, silt and clay over limestone with gryphées.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable, organic practices, 6,000 vines/ha.
    • Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 2-week fermentation in wooden tank, only pump-overs, full malolactic conversion, aged for 12 months in 228 and 600 L barrels, SO2 added in December and adjusted before bottling, no fining or filtration.
