    • Vine Age: Half are 85-105 years old and the other half are 35 years old (as of 2023)
    • Terroir: The older half of vines are located in Bouzeron, the younger half are near Meursault
    • Viticulture: Sustainable, older vines are gobelet-pruned
    • Vinification: Directly pressed, settled, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels, fined and/or filtered if necessary.

    Benjamin first made this wine in 2016, using exclusively old Aligoté Doré vines from Bouzeron. The following year he included Aligoté from a newly-acquired vineyard near Meursault worked by the Leroux team.
