    • Terroir: At the south end of Chassagne bordering Santenay, top of the slope, 300-350 m elevation, southeast-facing, shallow, stony limestone soil with some marl and clay, well-draining, low vigor.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, settled, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12-14 months in barrels (10-30% new), racked and aged for an additional 4-6 months, fined and/or filtered only if necessary.
