- Viticulture: Organic
- Vinification: Crushed and pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 11 months in tank (80%) and used barrels (20%).
Additional Info
2024: Produced in two versions—one from fully certified-organic vineyards, and another which includes grapes in their third year of official organic conversion from Mâcon-Verzé “Perches,” marked “bis” on the front label.
