This wine is truly a rare find—a still and delicate red from Grand Cru Bouzy terroir, brought to its full potential by the Savès estate. The grapes come exclusively from old vines and benefit from an ideal exposure. The estate insists on waiting until the wines are ready before they are consumed, so they are released four years after harvest.
