    Coming mostly from a parcel that borders 1er Cru Aux Guettes on the west side of the village.

    In the vineyard, grass growth allowed but limited by regular plowing which maintains natural soil balance. Moderate use of organic fertilizers and strict pruning to control yields. Green harvest only when necessary. Production is around 2,000 cases per year.
