    • Vine Age: Planted in the 1970s
    • Terroir: From La Montagne in Corgoloin, just before the limit of the Hautes-Côtes, next to a stone quarry, east-facing, 300m altitude, sandy soil with some rocks over limestone.
    • Viticulture: Organic (in official conversion since 2025), high trellis (1.8 meters), no hedging- shaped into arcs, milk and tea treatments.
    • Vinification: Chilled overnight, crushed, pressed with a basket press for 2-3 hours, settled overnight and decanted (with the lees kept separately for future use if needed), ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 22-30 months in used 350 and 600 L barrels, racked and blended in tank for 2 weeks, no fining, no filtration, no added SO2.
