    • Vine Age: Planted in 1960 and 1982
    • Terroir: From two neighboring lieu-dits in Marsannay, Les Etalles and La Champagne Haute. Both are located on the slope just below Les Longeroies. Well-draining soils, with subsoils that vary from marl to dense clay.
    • Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert, 2023), biodynamic methods
    • Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification or aging. Crushed and pressed for 5-6 hours with a basket press. Ambient yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 months in tank and used barrels. SO2 added before bottling (25-40 ppm total).
