    • Terroir: From les Hâtes and les Robinettes. Les Hâtes: From a vineyard discovered by Raphaëlle in 2018, hidden behind a wall of wild blackberry bushes, on a limestone plateau with biodiverse surroundings. Les Robinettes: From the Yonne on a limestone slope, south and southeast-facing, biodiverse surroundings.
    • Viticulture: Domaine farmed, organic (not certified)
    • Vinification: 50% whole cluster, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation and maceration, aged for 5 months in used barrels, SO2 added only after aging (0-15 ppm total SO2 at bottling).
