    • Terroir: From two plots within Fosse-Bellay (one sandy and one clay-limestone) and from one within Courchamps (clay-limestone), all south-facing.
    • Viticulture: Organic, plowed by horse, shoots, shoots are rolled rather than hedged, 4,000-5,000 vines/ha.
    • Vinification: De-stemmed, short maceration 10-20 days (with very few pump-overs), aged for 18 months in tanks (50%) and used barrels (50%), aged for an additional 6 months in tank.
