    • Terroir: From the lieu-dit Le Bois de Biennier in the commune of Andance (Saint-Joseph), above the Domaine, north and northwest-facing, 300 m altitude, semi-late ripening, overlooking the Rhône river and the “Parc Naturel du Pilat”, decomposed granite soil over a shallow granite bedrock.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, cold settled for 24 hours, vinification and aging for 24 months in 228 L used barrels, full malolactic conversion, racked and aged for an additional 6 months in stainless steel, fined, SO2 added after malolactic fermentation and before bottling.
