• Terroir: Andance area, south-facing, protected from the north wind, lower on the slope, ripens earlier, soil of degraded granite and loess
• Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
• Vinification: Some whole cluster, indigenous yeast fermentation, 3 weeks in stainless steel tank with pump-overs. Aged for 13 months in older oak barrels, unfined, unfiltered.
