    • Terroir: From two parcels in Vosne (Lutenière and La Croix Blanche) and one in Chambolle (Maladières). All three parcels are in the best locations for Bourgogne as they are bordered by the D974 and adjacent to village appellations.
    • Viticulture: Uncertified biodynamic
    • Vinification: 45% whole cluster, ambient yeast ferment, aged in oak barrels (10 to 15% new) for 12 to 18 months. Since 2016, very moderate sulfur additions: none during vinification, a little during élevage and before bottling, for a total of 15 to 20 ppm.
