    • Terroir: Les Peuillets (2/3); Ez Connardises (1/3). Les Peuillets is on the alluvial fan of the Rhoin river, with alluvial gravels and cobbles within a matrix of calcareous soil. The Jurassic bedrock is at a depth of several meters. Well-draining and early-ripening. Ez Connardises is just below 1er Cru Les Lavières with clay-limestone soil and alluvial stone deposits.
    • Viticulture: Organic (not certified)
    • Vinification: Vinified together, 80% de-stemmed. 2-week ambient yeast fermentation with a few punch-downs. Aged 13 months in used barrels. Bottled according to the lunar calendar. SO2 added after malolactic fermentation (approx. 50 ppm.)
