• Variety: Chardonnay
• Vine Age: 60 years
• Terroir: Situated at the bottom of the hill, near the border of Volnay. Gentle slope, deep soil.
• Vinification: Directly pressed, settled for 24 hours. Fermentation and aging on the lees in amphora and used barrels. Aged 12 months, racked once and aged another 4 months in stainless steel. No fining.
